Stretch creatively and have fun with your writing this summer! You will learn how to take your writing for a walk on the wild side. This is summer camp for writers of all levels.
We ask that you be ready to play with your writing, uncensor yourself, and experiment.
Your writing will become more raw, truthful, and wild.

Be a savage writer.
This writing camp isn't for everyone.
This writing camp is for those who want to write from the wildest places within. It is for women who want to stretch the depth and range of their writing.
The writing exercises will organically lead you to your unfiltered, wild voice - sometimes dramatic, sometimes comedic, often both.
Explore writing from a place of emotional truth.
Camp meetings are at night on Zoom, around a virtual campfire - the perfect place to share stories!
Each time we meet, we'll start with a writing exercise together. Then everyone is welcome to share some weekly writing with the group.
Wild writing is playful and experimental, because we test new ideas in the wild. It can also be explosive and edgy, because it is uncensored. Wild writing can also seem absurd and even meaningless - until another wild woman reflects back her connection to the writing.
Develop focus and comfort while giving and recieving feedback.
Become a team player for other wild women writing.
You will experience writing through life's phases: fertile with change, shedding and mourning loss, navigating the barren wilderness, birthing anew.
Writing done throughout the camp will make it easy for you to start a new project, like a memoir, novel, or play. You can also create a collection of essays, blog posts, or poems from each week's writing.
Build momentum for the project you're already working on, or write just for fun.
All Wild Women Writing camp sessions are led by me (Sarah Elovich - creator of Rewrite Yourself).
Note: Summer camp has limited space. Apply early.
Day: Mondays
Time: 7pm Pacific
Camp Dates: July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7, 14
Cost: $290
