Rewrite Yourself is a seriously playful system for improving your writing and communication skills.
Inspired by brain research and the science of mindfulness, the approach includes journals, workshops, and indivdualized coaching sessions to help you develop and deliver ideas that need to be in the world.
In order to improve any area of our lives, first we must believe that improvement is possible - that it is within our reach.
Sometimes the only thing holding us back from growth is an old story that we "can't" or that we're "not allowed".
Rewrite Yourself is focused on practical skillbuilding to improve your writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. But the approach also includes techniques backed by brain research to help you rewrite the way you communicate with yourself.
Rewrite Yourself is designed to help you rewrite the stories that hold you back from attaining your communication goals.
You don't need to be a professional writer or public speaker to find value in Rewrite Yourself techniques. Anyone can benefit, whether you want to develop a more intimate relationship with yourself, rediscover your creativity, shed limiting beliefs, or imagine new possibilities for your future.
